We engaged Auctioneer Allan Myers from Property Auctions NZ to conduct a private sale Auction for a new development of four properties.  The result was these two sold under the hammer at an exciting Auction and two more sold almost immediately after.  We were astounded at the result and the sale price for all of these properties.

Allan has been very helpful throughout the entire process and was always available for advice when we needed him. He helped us with the final format of the Auction Terms and Conditions. He explained everything clearly to us and enabled us to make the best decisions during the process.  His auctioneering skills made the Auction extremely thrilling even though the Auctions were entirely online.

The result was that we achieved prices above our expectations and saved over $100,000 in fees in the process.
